Tomato soup This soup is quick, easy and will help you fight off a cold. Great for winter. Ingredients: - 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chilli
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
Step One: Cook down finely sliced onion until translucent. Add chopped garlic and spices. Fry until fragrant. Step Two: Add tomatoes . Make sure to scrape everything off the bottom of the pan. Step Three: Add chopped zucchini. Simmer and cook until zucchini is soft. Can be served with bread and natural yoghurt. Book Now!
